I want to do permittivity measurements using a self-written MATLAB program. To do so,

I use a thru measurement and a line measurement (uncalibrated S-parameters) to calculate

the propagation constant and afterwards the permittivity.

These two measurements have to be switch-corrected S-parameters. Is there a possibility

to get switch-corrected S-parameters as a s2p-file from the PNA E8361A network analyzer?

If you don't have a valid calibration, then you need to measure the switch terms and do the switch correction yourself in matlab. You can simply measure them with the thru or the line connected. Assuming you have a standard 2-port, the forward switch term is R2/B with port 1 on, and the reverse switch term is R1/A with port 2 on.
