Unleveled problem

I'm doing an smc with both port 1 and 2 jumpers set up to swap the coupler paths. I also have pads in those paths, plus a long cable.

In order to not get an unleveled indication after the cals I need to first do a power cal on port 2 with the total loss (couplers + pads + cable + 3dB margin) set as the power offset. If I don't do that power is reported as unleveled on port 2 immediately after the cal wizard is run.

So I do the port 2 power cal, then the smc cal wizard, and I can then do measurements without going unleveled.

Next I save the state + cal (either .cst or .csa) and then recall that state. The PNA then gives unleveled on port 2. As far as I can tell it doesn't affect the measurement (SC21), but that indication could bother people.

Anyone know what the problem is?
