Making your own correction file

We have an N5230A which we are learning how to use. My question is: can we use a text editor (rather than a calibration procedure) to produce a calibration file for offsetting our known permanent fixture errors?

This would be far more convenient than undoing all our cables to bring the ends together for calibration.

If so, where do we learn the syntax required for such a file?
