Calibration and Velocity Factor

Dear Sir:

      I own a 8753C NA.

      Can you tell me the type of errors that will arise, if I use cables and a fixture test set up, and I conduct a two port calibration (SOLT), but I don't input the velocity factor because I know that the cables and the test fixture have two different velocity factors (the NA signal is traversing through my fixture)?

      I would like to be able to make a rough approximations of how both errors will theoretically combine and how this will affect my measurements.  

      Also, if there is a phase or frequency scaling remedy I can use, by averaging the two velocity factors into a single velocity factor and then scale this value to the VF of the NA using its default value (I believe it is 1).   I am hoping for a simple formula to scale frequency and phase data taken from my NA and convert this to appoximate real world values.
