Can anybody point me in the direction of the corrected uncertainty figures for a N5230C PNA calibrated with a N type connector ECAL kit N4690B. The PNA specs only provides this data for ECAL kits using 3.5mm and 2.4mm connectors ?

In particular I am interested in the uncertainty against transmission coefficient graph.

I have tried the uncertainty calculator, however it has a bug which does not give me confidence in the results it generates.

I have selected N5230C as the analyser type, option 245. After clicking on OK a list box opens asking for a IF bandwidth of a E8358A analyser ?? The list box does not include the default 100KHz IF bandwidth of the N5230C analyser. The notes in the spreadsheet indicate the application has not been tested in Windows XP. The DLL file version matches what is required by the spreadsheet.

But, you can estimate the uncertainty by taking the results for the 40 kHz, and then applying a small offset at very low powers. If you run it at 15 kHz and 40 kHz, then compare results, the offset between 15 kHz and 40 kHz on the scale will be very similar to the offset from 40 kHz to 100 kHz. It should only show an affect for S21 loss greater than 50 dB; for low loss devices, there should be no difference.
