There are different calibration methods

1) classic 12-term error model(forward and reverse)

2) 8-term error model (TRL,Unknown Tru,etc)

3) 16-term error model

The 12-term error model calibate forward and reverse direction seperately. The 8-term error model ignore the crosstalk and have some redundancy.The 16-term error model is more complete and better for leakage environment.But the derived homogeneous system of equations have singularity in mathematic computation.

I want to study on another 12-term error model for VNA calibration.

How can I verify and evaluate the precision of calibration?
