Sorry, i refer to other formulas... For example... Edr= S22m(with load) during calibration procedure or Esf=S11(short)-S21(through).....duringcalibration procedure

I don't have the equations, but they should be fairly easy to derive from the two references I gave you. See page 19 of the Rytting presentation for the equations and see the app note for the models of the standards.

Maybe someone else has a neat and tidy writeup already derived?

Hi, Actually i have calculated 12 error terms but I cant figure out which S11 and S22 on page 17 and 18 from that presentation. by the way I am trying to calculate the error boxes. Regards
