Hi All,
I try to upgrade N9010A firmware from A.01.50 to A.07.06, I followed the instructions and completed the update without any error as in the update instruction(http://sa.tm.agilent.com/XSA/software/r ... Update.pdf).After restarting the N9010, I encountered an error as follows:
"LaunchXSA.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience."
So When I click the "What data does this error report contain?" link, I noticed that it is an system.invalidoperationexception.
So what would be the solution. I lost my Signal Analyzer

There are several potential reasons for an error message such as what you are seeing. However, rather than trying to explore each possibility and recommending a unique solution for each, it will be quicker to simply perform a Disk Drive Recovery as described in the Getting Started and Troubleshooting Guide (http://cp.literature.agilent.com/litweb ... -90162.pdf ) and then upgrading to A.07.06. You might very well see errors after doing the recovery, but performing the upgrade to A.07.06 should clear those errors.
