Hello,
I got the PSA E4445A and it shows me the error message: "System, Alignments, Align all now, needed"
First thing I tried was exactly that, go to Systems -> Alignments and choose Align all now. It did align all kinds of things. But the message won't disappear. Also a restart doesn't work.
What can I do to make the PSA happy again?

It appears that there is a problem with one of the assemblies in the instrument. If this instrument has serial prefix US/MY/SG4402,4430, or 4530, then the failure may be caused by our 2nd LO service note issue. To see if the issue is due to the service note issue, turn on the instrument and let it run through its alignments, then press [System] <Show Errors> <Next Page> and look to see if the bottom error is “-340, Calibration failed, ALIGN_2ND_LO_PWR”. Alternatively, the failure may be caused by a faulty mechanical attenuator or another component in the low band path for which the 50 MHz calibrator travels through for the instrument to align itself. Your local Agilent Service center can repair the instrument. Go to www.agilent.com/find/assist to find the appropriate contact number to open a service order to have the instrument repaired.
