In the "ESA/PSA Programming Examples - Using Visual Basic® 6 to Capture a Screen Image" supplied by Agilent, it has:
...... ......
status = viVQueryf(vi, ":MMEM:DATA? 'C:PICTURE.GIF'" + Chr$(10), "%#y", ArrayPtr(0))
...... ......
What does the format string "%#y" mean in this command, and how can I understand the ArrayPtr(0)? How is the returned data stored into the ResultsArray()?

Thanks.
