What is the maximum number of data points for 81635A in the "logging" mode?

When the instrument is programmed remotely via GPIB, the maximum number of measured data points is 20,001 for most of the 816x power meters. The Fast Power Meters, 81636B and older 81637B can take 100,001 data points.

When making spectral measurements with the tunable laser, the laser will deliberately overshoot the start and stop wavelengths by at least 50pm or more. This can result in the power meter needing space for more points than just those within the chosen wavelength region. For example, sweeping over 1520nm-1570nm (50nm) with 1pm resolution requires 50,001 data points plus 100 data points for overshoot.
