I'm trying to correlate between phase-noise measurement (with the PSA spectrum-analyzer) to N-cycle jitter measurement.
On the PSA, I can get a result in seconds, but I don't know what it means (RMS?, STd.?, PJ, N-cycle jitter?)
Can someone help and find me a reference for the math of how does the jitter is calculated on the PSA, in the phase-noise option, so I can try to correlate it with my scope measurement?

It is not necessarily a trivial task to correlate this number with data taken by a scope.
