We have Agilent E8363B PNA Series Network Analyzer. We perform SOLT calibration using an S-band waveguide calibration kit. Now we have to measure residual errors after the calibration has been done. We measured the residual directivity and source match error in time domian using a straight section, a fixed load and a fixed short respectively. I want to know weather the residual directivity will be same when we measure source match error using fixed short. We got the effective directivity to be changed but i think it should remain unaffected. We want to know the procedure for the measurement of the residual systematic errors. Please throw some light on this topic. I would be thankful to you for your help.
