Hi,
I am about to begin the USB 2.0 Comliance Testing on my circuit card which has 4 USB ports. The USB ports are embedded in a TI SoC.
I have been reading the "Agilent N5416A USB 2.0 Compliance Test Option" document and I am having difficulty understanding how to test the ports in Host mode. From what I can understand, the Host under Test (my circuit card) needs to have the USB-IF HS Electrical Tool Software. However, this software is a Windows executable and not ment to run on an embedded system. Can someone let em know if I am reading this correctly?

Is there an OS of any flavor at all? Or is it all just firmware? Anyway, your firmware guys or other developers need to put in bits, and tell you how to use them, to support the various test modes. In fact, the doucumenratopn from the phy vendor should also discuss this.
