Calculate SOP from N7788B export stokes parameters

We have a N7788B setup in our lab.  I have configured the device for 5Khz sample rate and change in SOP.

For sensativity I have it setup as 3 degress in 5 ms.  I logged several events that I created and can view them on the Poincare Sphere.  I would like to calculate and plots the instant change in polarization in deg/s.

I did this by determining angle between two adjacent vectors using (s1,s2,s3) and then divided the output by .0002 (5Khz).

My problem is for the same test I get two completely different results when I change my sensativity from 3 deg in 5ms to 6 deg in 10ms.  According to the UG these should be equivalent, yet they are different.  It seems as thought hte exported data has some relation to the trigger sample time instead of the sampling time of 5Khz.

Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong or where this wrong calculation comes from?
