Hi there,
I recently got a DSO3102A and tried to install the according software and driver. While this was successful on the desktop PC, the driver DSO3000.sys causes on the notebook Windows XP pro to crash with a bluescreen. The error message there says, DSO3000.sys tried to access memory regions not available.
Does anybody have an idea, how to fix this problem, or did anybody encounter similar problems? As the laptop is equipped with 2GB RAM and enough space for pagefile.sys, my suspect was, that the scope driver tries to access memory regions reserved for the shared video RAM. On Agilent's download site for the DSO 3000 series, I could not find a newer driver or software version than the one I tried.
Thanks alot in advance,
Golfmate
