Just unpacked DSO3202A scope which was shipped with separate N2865A USB Module. I plugged the USB Module to the back of the scope and tightened hold-down screws. Are there additional steps needed to install the USB Module? Documentation accompanying the USB Module is one page, says little.
The power-up "splash screen" for the scope says "No module installed". Pressing Save/Recall button does not show an apparent way to access a connected USB "thumb" drive.
The USB A->B cable seems to work for connecting scope to PC. Also the scope firmware is 04.02.10.
Thanks,
Gary

Earlier versions will not recognize the USB module. Second, early USB modules had an incorrectly sized mounting screw. Make sure the
connector is firmly seated before tightening the screw. The DSO3202
should always report on power-up if a module is connected.
