Using half-length thru to deembed during post-processing

For in-fixture de-embedding, I understood that a precise characterized half-length thru is required for each port in order to correctly deembed. However I would like to employ a measured half-length thru for deembedding. This has posed a certain accuracy problem having considered the additional length introduced by an additional SMA at the receiving end, as compared to a simulated half-length thru with only one SMA at one end. Does anyone has recommendation as to how to compensate/remove this unwanted additional length introduced by the SMA at the receiving end?
