How can I capture the screen of the 8753ES and E5070B thru GPIB using VB6.0.We need hardcopy the screen,i.e., *BMP files.

You have two options for this, I will explain each below. The second is definitely the easiest.
1. Use the standard programming commands for each unit and pull back a screen image over GPIB. For the ENA this can be done in png or bmp format, where for the 8753ES this is done in hpgl format and you must have a program that can interpret the hpgl format or the
Microsoft HPGL Filter
installed. I have attached screen images of VEE programs that can be used as guidance for each of these.
2. You can install and the use the APIs for Intuilink VNA and Intuilink ENA. During the install both of these programs add VB example programs to read a screen image back over GPIB.
