Deembed/remove GAIN correction factor from response cal data

Hi,

I have performed a response cal from network analyzer PNA.  I have a GAIN correction factor text file in format: freq | amp.  This file has only 18 frequency points from 1.5GHz to 18GHz.  The PNA may have higher number of points say 1601 pts.

I am trying to see if there is a function in PNA I can use to deembed or remove the GAIN correction factor from the response cal?  Anyone know how to do it ?

Else, will it be easier to write a program to read response cal error term and then remove the GAIN correction factor?  Any suggestion how to do it?  You can write the algorithm or commands to be used briefly in your reply.  If anyone want to code it in either Vee or Matlab will be most wonderful  :P !!!

Thanks
