I will start by saying I typically recommend shying away from drivers as they can hinder the performance of the program. For the PNA we recommend using the PNA's COM interface or Direct I/O with SCPI commands. Also, the programming commands for both the PNA and PNA-L are the same. This means that most programs and drivers that will work for the PNA will also work for the PNA-L, unless they are IDN string blocked. This being said, there are two driver options that I have used.
1) There is an IVI COM driver near the bottom of the PNA programming website. This driver supports both the PNA and ENA. This driver will work in languages other than LabView (e.g. VEE, VB, C++). This is nice because if you use the Agilent Specific Class the program will execute on either the PNA/-L or ENA.

2) There is a pretty good LabView certified driver, "agpna", on the National Instruments' Instrument Driver Network website that supports the other PNA models (e.g. E8364B) that will also work with the PNA-L.
