8753D calibration - Type N standards but SMA connector

Hi. I have an 8753D VNA with the 85032A-Opt 0001 calibration kit. These are type N calibration standards, however my boards that I want to measure have SMA connectors. I'm trying to do 1-port and 2-port s-parameter measurements on my boards and I have cable converters from Type-N to SMA. However I'm worried that the cables won't be factored into the calibration and may introduce errors into the measurement. Can anyone recommend how I should approach calibration?
Thanks.
