Can anybody explain me what is UK6 PNA-L option and How to use it?

I believe UK6 give you the calibration data for your speciific instrument. By calibration data, we mean here the measured results for the specified and tested parameters of the analyzer. For example, we may have a source match specification of 12 dB. Your box will ship with a certificate saying it meets all the specs. If you want the measured data for the actual measured source match specs, UK6 will provide that. How you use the data is really up to you. One use might be to see how the performance of your instrument varies from year to year.
