Defining a calibration Kit

I need to use an adaptor plate with different connector types on each side to reach our DUT. Having read the adapter characterization procedure it looks quite straight forward to follow.

My problem lies in the calibration kit used.

We have a 4-port E-cal module from Agilent but there is no known Agilent calibration standard existing(E-cal module inlcuded) that will fit into our DUT connector type.
We don't know the parameters (Offset Z0,Offset loss, C0,C1,C2,L0,L1 etc.) of our existing calibration standard used, and I can't seem to be able to find a procedure to actually measure these.
Is it possible to measure something like that(calibration standard parameters)? What are my options here?
Any feedback will be appreciated...
