E5052B transfer file or write file over USB using SCPI

How to transfer file to E5052B instrument from PC connected via USB using SCPI commands?

I have tried 

 

:FORMat:DATA ASCii

:FORMat:BORDer NORMal

:MMEMory:DATA "F:\a.txt" "SAMPLE"

 

Instrument gives error "invalid seperator"

No one else has this question
