I want to observe 3GHz clk signal on MSOX6004A. The bandwidth of the oscilloscope is 6GHz.
I used a signal generator E8267D to test it, I can only see maximum 1.2GHz signal.
Can I use it to see 3GHz signal? If can, how to?
