DCOM Connection Error

I receive the following error when I try to connect via DCOM to an E8362B (PNA).
"The remote server machine does not exist or is unavailable"

Note that this is not a "permission denied" error.  Even so, I have made sure that the PNA has a local user account with the exact same username/password as the account that I am using on the remote PC.

This is not my first time trying to use DCOM with a PNA.  I have done this many, many times so I am familiar with most of the "gotchas".  But, I have never tried it with this specific PNA nor with a PC running MS Vista.  Perhaps, there is something in Vista that needs to be set differently?

Anyway, here are some more details.  Any help would be greatly appreciated...
- The PNA is at a fixed IP (192.168.0.2)
- The remote PC is also at a fixed IP (192.168.0.1).
- I disabled Windows Firewall on the PNA
- PNA is running Win XP and FW 7.
