Перестал определятся электронный модуль калибровки N4691B(N4691-60004). Использую с анализатором N9918A 26.5 ГГц.
Кабель USB менялся, питание 5V по USB от прибора присутствует.
with the ecal USB cable connected, at least the wait light on the ECal module should be on. In your picture it doesn't look like any lights are on on the ECal module. try connecting the ECal to any other USB port on a PC or another VNA and see if the light comes on. If it doesn't, then the problem is with the module and it probably should be sent in for repair.

Good afternoon. The electronic calibration module N4691B (N4691-60004)
has ceased to be detected. I use with the analyzer N9918A 26.5 GHz. The USB cable changed, 5V USB power from the device is present.
Good suggestion from Dara. Try FieldFox's other USB port.
Also make sure your FieldFox has the latest firmware.
Older revisions of firmware had a bug where if the ECal had user-characterized Cals with non-sequential numbers (user-cal 1, user-cal 3, user cal 4), then the ECal would not show up. But that bug has been fixed. If you have an ENA or PNA, hook up the ECal and check for user-characterized calibrations.
Lastly, I think this probably does not apply to your case, since you have a male-female ECal. But let's say you have a male-male ECal, and you tell the Cal Wizard your DUT is female, then the Cal Wizard won't even give you the option of ECal, since it doesn't match up. You can't use a male-male ECal to calibrate (accurately) a female DUT. But I think in your case, since you have a male-female ECal, nearly all scenarios are covered.
