Download of IVI Download of Driver "34980A IVI, MATLAB Driver, Version 1.5.9.0 for 32-bit Windows ...."

While the download of the IVI driver for 34980A version 1.5.9.0 64 works well, the 32-bit version does not! The link to the 32-bit version, under the read download button leads only to a somehow "....txt" document. 

 

I can not find a 32bit of the version 1.5.9.0. eslewhere.
