After upgrading to the latest driver version I am getting linker errors that the hpe1420.lib file is invalid or corrupt.
I am trying to build a c++ dll using VS2010. If I go back to the previous version, I can build my dll just fine.
Has anyone else updated drivers and experienced this?

I can't find any other instances of this, and that new driver was released 7 months ago. I would think someone would have reported deployment of a corrupt driver by now. Maybe you could download a fresh copy and try it again. It could have been corrupted in the download. I'll make sure the manufacturing division hears about this to get it checked.
What model number are you talking about?
