How do I improve a delay measurement on my DSA-X 93204A?

Measuring latency through a device using 2 channels.   For short DUT delays, I can zoom in on Ch1/Ch2 and make a good meas.  As DUT delay increases, even when I zoom in it is difficult to accurately meas.  Is there a way to add internal delay in DSA-X between Ch1 and Ch2 so that when I zoom in I can make a better meas?

I attached an example screen shot of my issue.   I need to measure the same "exact" point on the waveform of both Ch1 and Ch2.  Other than exporting the data and post processing in MATLAB to get better accuracy, is there a way to do this with the instrument?DSA-X screen shot of delay measurement
