1) If input signal amplitude is perturbed (by noise) and kept phase constant throughout time
A(t) * COS(2*pi*f*t+phi)
2) If input signal amplitude is constant throughout time and phase is perturbed (by noise)
A * COS(2*pi*f*t+phi(t))
Consider any measurement system which is appropriate to measure both amplitude and phase noise
3) when Amplitude is perturbed at any time can phase noise is less compare to amplitude noise ? or in other words
can Phase be affected by amplitude perturbation?
