The TransEra corporation markets a program named "HTBASIC."  There exists a HTBASIC version which is Windows compatible.

Transera makes the claim that this program can communicate with a NI-488 GPIB card operating in a WINDOWS environment as long as one loads the Transera NIGPIB driver into their programming environment.

I would like to know if anyone in this forum has sampled this program and found it to be a working programming environvironment whereby you can communicate with old test instruments that use a HP-IB bus.
