The May 2019 programmer's manual says on page 72 that the resolution for the time parameter of these commands is one millisecond. However, when programming these values and reading them back (with OUTP:DEL:RISE?) it looks like the actual resolution is whole-number seconds. Is this a misprint in the manual? Or am I missing a detail to get sub-second resolution. Integer seconds seems pretty coarse for these commands.
Thank you.

Forgot to add, the firmware revision of the E36312A reported by *IDN? is 2.0.6-1.0.3-1.10
To be clearer, anytime I try to set the rise or fall time delay to a floating point number with values on the right hand side of the decimal point, the unit responds with a number with all-zeros to the right of the decimal point. It accepts the command, and there are no errors indicated in the registers of the devices.
