We have "N9344C" spectrum analyzer and as per datasheet frequency range is 1MHz to 20 GHz.
Can I use this spectrum analyzer for the input frequency of "100KHz to 1MHz"?

Hi Yashodip,
After reading the datasheet myself, I suspect that you can use the N9344C in the range you mentioned and even down to 9KHz, but the accuracy is not gauranteed as it is from 1MHz to 20GHz. You likely won't be able to use markers in that region or do any demodulation, and other features may not be supported there.
I don't have an instrument I can try this on right now, so I'm interested to hear if you were able to make useful measurements in that 100KHz to 1MHz range.
