GPIB control with Visual Basic 6

Hi everyone,

I am trying to control an old hp attenuator driver with the PC (I know, it is not quite a network analyzer but I didn't know where else to post it...). Therefore I wrote a pretty simple program in Visual Basic 6. It uses the usb-GPIB connector "82357B".
The problem is that the program runs perfectly only in my programming environment. As soon as I install it on another PC (using the setup wizard of visual basic) I get the following error message when I try to access the GPIB-bus:
Runtime error 429, cannot create object using ActiveX-component

I translated the error-message from german to english, I hope the meaning is somehow correct.
I have installed the "Agilent IO Libraries Suite 15.0" on both machines and I can send commands to the Attenuator Driver using "Interactive IO".

To access the GPIB-bus I am using the following commands:
agt3494a1.output "any command"
agt3494a1.showConnectionDialog

I have no idea anymore where to look for the error, I hope someone here can help..

Thanks a lot!
