[Help] Can't control Output voltage - E3631A

I am using Agilent power supply E3631A 6 V output connected to a Hall sensor terminal.

It was working fine until yesterday, when I connected a new Hall sensor (identical to the old one).

Output voltage started to change and now it's fixed at -8.743 V. I can't change it, adjust knob does not respond.

Digital multimeter indicates that the 6V output voltage is zero (even with -8.743 V fixed on display).

My hall sensors are working fine, I have already tested them.

Can anyone help me? I've already searched in manual and did not find an answer.
