We have a Windows 10 PC with Keysight Connection Expert 2018 installed.
Connecting a 34980A Data Acquisition Unit by USB gives an error in Device Manager:
"The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
There are no compatible drivers for this device.
To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver."
But there are no drivers from supplier and we have done latest updates for Windows 10.
We did several attempts to uninstall/install IO-libraries down to version 16 as well as disconnecting 34980A from PC .
No succes so far.
Who can help?
I have never seen this before. Is USB IO enabled from the front panel? Press the Utility button twice, rotate the knob to USB, Press the Utility button again, rotate the knob to highlight YES, and press the knob once more. Refresh Connection Expert and it should find the 34980A at its USB address. No drivers are required.
