Is there a way to record (over time) a measurement?

Question asked by reto Employee on Oct 31, 2018

I have a DSO-X 96204Q scope. I am measuring time (delta T) between signals on channels 1 and 2.  The measurement is shown in a panel at the bottom of the scope screen. Now I would like to record that measurement over time.

My application: I want to record the time difference as I change the temperature of my DUT. I'd like to record for several minutes, one sample per second is sufficient if I can apply a roving average, otherwise I'd need 10s of sample per second so I can average the data later.

This is for a one-time engineering experiment, I don't have days to develop a measurement process. I hope there is some built-in function I can use for this.
