trigsetup.ExternalTriggerConnectionBehavior (naTriggerConnectionBNC1) = naTriggerInEdgePositive
Make sure your TriggerSetup is done correctly. It might also be helpful to read up about the Trigger in the PNA.
Looks like you may have gotten there on your own, but the ExternalTriggerConnectionBehavior Property description can be found on the PNA Help website.
Also, we have some example programs if you would like to take a look at one for reference.

Thanks KSuiker ,i am very sure that TriggerSetupis done correctly. I did not describe the previous question very clearly.
I can change the trigger edge or level when I used this statement（trigsetup.ExternalTriggerConnectionBehavior (naTriggerConnectionBNC1) = naTriggerInEdgePositive ... ） about a year ago.，But can't change now。When PNA Reset or Preset is not implemented by programming，I can change the edge or level using the SCPI language statement（Trigger SCPI TRIGger[:SEQuence]:SLOPe <char>）
I used app.reset or app.reset in my programming. With the following statement trigsetup.ExternalTriggerConnectionBehavior (naTriggerConnectionBNC1) = naTriggerInEdgePositive, the feedback value is always naTriggerInLevelHigh。
I want to know if I need to set some parameters of PNA? Or is there a problem or damage to the PNA?
Good to know that the SCPI commands work.
When the COM/IVI commands don’t work, and those commands are using enumerations (such as naTriggerInEdgePositive), this usually indicates that the type library for the COM interface is not properly registered. If this is the problem then what is happening is all your enums are being received by the PNA with the value of 0.
Try to install the pnaproxy.exe onto your workstation. You can find this on the PNA in C:\program files (x86)\Keysight\Network Analyzer\Automation (assuming this is a B unit). If it’s an A unit, the directory will be Agilent not Keysight.
If this does not work, try reinstalling the firmware.
Let me know how it goes.
