Need higher Vrms on 4284A ( Impedance Analyzer )

I would like to measure the capacitance of my sample , and it have to be driven higher than 20Vrms .

But the OSC output limitation of 4284A is 20Vrms , How can I do to measure the correct capacitance at higher Vrms ?

Could I just connect a linear power amplifier at the terminal of high potential ?

Does it damage the impedance analyzer ?

Thanks for any suggestion .
