There is a fixture simulator that is in the ENA, which makes balun measurements very easy. In the fixture simulator, choose the SE-BAL condition.
Before, make a 3 port cal on the ports to which you want to connect your balun.
Your balun loss is Sds21, your balun match is Sdd11. You can also show the results with other impedances, if your balun is not 100 ohms on the differential side and 50 on the Single-Ended (SE) side by using the Port Impedance settings. Set the impedance on the two ports that are used as the balanced port to each be 1/2 of your desired balanced impedance.
