SMC_2P vs SMCRsp PNA-X

Hello,
I am making a SMC measurement that includes some additional pads (20dB) included in the front jumpers on the PNA-X between the source out and coupler arm on a . (The jumpers are turned 90degrees to the factory normal setting to allow for an acceptable calibration method.)
I would like to measure SC21, IPwr and OPwr only and ignore the rest of the measurements. I assumed that I could use SMCRsp to achieve this, however when I compare the SMC_2P vs SMCRsp measurements the SC21 is okay, but the IPwr and OPwr differ greatly from each other. The SMC_2P agrees with a power meter. Please advise why the source power calibration does not get pushed to the IPwr and OPwr.
Best Wishes,
Amy
