calibrate Signal Generator using VNA

Hi All,

I have a differential VNA (E8364B PNS Series Network Analyzer + N4421B S-parameter test set). Also, PLTS software. I also have a 6GHz 8665B Synthesized Signal Generator.

I would like to know the true Signal Generator's amplitude output versus frequency. I was wondering if this is possible: after VNA calibration, can I use the VNA to get the true Sig Gen output amplitude versus frequency (0.1-6000MHz)?

The first logical approach would be to use a scope, but then I would need to wonder about the scope's BW, so, having a high accuracy instrument like a VNA (with calibration), I'd rather stay away from scopes.
