It's always necessary to perform a matching impedance when we're measuring the s parameters of a circuit. it is not suppose that the calibration compensate the load match and the source match errors?

I say that because I'm measuring the S parameters of an operational transconductance amplifier and I don´t get the results that I hope.

Any clues?
