When I connect my Oscilloscope to Windows 10 pc. The OS doesn't recognize it.
Referring the info on Why can’t my PC connect to my InfiniiVision oscilloscope via its LAN/USB/GPIB interface? | Keysight (formerly Agilent’s …
My Oscilloscope doesn't show the USB option on I/O Configure menu, however, the screen shows there is control port in USB
I haven't used my oscilloscope and benchvue for a long time, but I remember that I didn't have this problem and could connect it to my pc without any problem.
Can anyone tell me what is the problem?
The first reference info link is for previous generation InfiniiVision oscilloscopes, not the InfiniiVision X-Series oscilloscopes. In the X-Series oscilloscopes, interfaces are automatically enabled, and there is no control to enable them individually. So, the photo shown is correct.
I don't remember any issues when I moved to Windows 10. I assume the IO Libraries Suite software is installed on the PC (along with BenchVue) and that you're using the (square) USB Device port on the back of the oscilloscope. I'm wondering if the problem could be the USB port on the PC -- do other devices work on that same port?
