I have a python program, using visa, that controls a DSO1102G. During this routine a frequency analysis (FRAN) section is run, and the results are displayed on the scope. I can successfully download the data without issue.
However, I've noticed that on the scope's screen there is an active 'marker' that can be moved using the scope's front panel "Entry" adjustment knob. The marker displays the result for specific FRAN data points (on the scope screen).
Is there a way to adjust this marker programmatically? The "Marker" commands do not seem to apply while the scope is in this FRAN results mode - at least with the testing that I've done so far.
The FRAN section of the programmer's manual does not include any marker entries.
Marker query after acquisition returns:

The returned value always responds as -99E+36, even after I manually adjust the marker using the panel knob.
