Hi,
I am measuring a clock signal. This clock operates at three frequencies: 10, 20 and 80 MHz. I have measured the 10 and 80 MHz frequencies and now I want to measure the 20 MHz signal. My problem is that I don’t find a good way to trigger at the 20 MHz clock. With the 10 and 80 MHz signals is use the Pulse width trigger and set Trigger On parameter to “> time” or “<time”. For the 20 MHz it would be nice to have an option to set “> time” AND “< time”. Unfortunately, MSO9254A does not have this option.
Is there another way to trigger on the 20 MHz signal?
Depending on what version of Scope FW you have, and what options are installed, InfiniiScan might help. It includes:
Either the Zone Finder or the Measurement Finder would do what you need
