I just got a new DSOS604A scope and now want to access remotely. I have a brand new Windows 10 machine with basics installed. Connection Expert shows a green checkmark on the instrument and I am able to work with Interactive IO and IO Monitor tools successfully. However, BenchVue does show my scope at the bottom with a green check, but when I double click to connect, it just pops up "connection to instrument lost". I did just install the oscilloscope app and activated the 30 day trial. Would that have anything to do with it?
