If you use the command

## CALCulate<cnum>:DATA:SNP:PORTs? <"x,y,z".>

it will send first the x-axis (frequency) and then the SNP file. If you want only 1 data you ask for S1P by sending

CALCulate<cnum>:DATA:SNP:PORTs? "1"

The x-axis comes first followed by the Y-axis data. Works fine for S-parameters. I haven't tried it with other parameters.

In COM there is a simple way: Get XAxisValues_Method

data = meas.GetXAxisValues

You can also do it a complicated way using equation editor. You can set up an equation like

xaxis=(xaxisarray()) or the short form xaxis=(xaa())The variable name "xaxis" you can choose to be anything, and it becomes the trace name. then if you ask for the formatted data you get the equation editor data which is the xaxis data. This doesn't care what the xaxis is, but if it is power check to see, I think it returns dB values.
